ContactContact The SodaTide Desk: Two Addresses, One Telephone Number, Two Different Jobs
Tracking, changes and refunds go to +1 (302) 200-3480.
Pages, typos, privacy and press go to contact@Sodatides.com, read on weekdays. Those two routes are separate on purpose: the website address has no access to orders and cannot start a refund, and the order desk is not the place to raise a question about a citation.
Which route handles what, how quickly each one answers, and the one thing neither of them will do.

This address is read by the people who write these pages. It cannot see an order, cannot look up tracking and cannot process a refund, and saying so here saves somebody a week.
- Office: 505 Fifth Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, USA
- Returns: 919 Third Avenue, Floor 11, New York, NY 10022, USA
- Returns go to the second address, not the first, and need your full name, email and order ID inside the parcel.
- Call the order desk before posting anything back, so the claim exists before the parcel arrives.

Both forms below open your own email client with the right address filled in. This is a static website with no server behind it, so nothing is submitted, stored or transmitted from these pages, and a form that pretended otherwise would be collecting your details into a void.

What to have ready before contacting the SodaTide desk
| If you are asking about | Have ready | Route |
|---|---|---|
| A missing parcel | Order ID, delivery address, tracking number | Order support |
| A refund | Order ID, roughly when you started and stopped | Order desk, then the returns address |
| A wrong pack size | Order ID and a photograph of what arrived | Order desk, same day |
| A damaged bottle | Photograph taken before anything else | Order desk, same day |
| Which batch you have | The lot code from the base of the bottle | Order support |
| Something written on this website | The page and the sentence | Editorial address |
| Privacy or your data | Nothing in particular | Editorial address |
| Press or partnership | What you want and by when | Editorial address |
Eight common reasons, and which of the two routes handles each.
Response time on the editorial address is normally within two working days. The order desk answers by telephone during business hours and is always the faster route for anything involving money.
Where this SodaTide desk is, and why two addresses appear on every page
Two postal addresses run through this website. The office is at 505 Fifth Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, USA. Returns are received at 919 Third Avenue, Floor 11, New York, NY 10022, USA. They are different places and a parcel sent to the first one has gone to the wrong building.
The reason is ordinary: correspondence and returned goods are handled by different operations, and a returns facility is set up to receive, log and process parcels against order numbers in a way an office is not. It is the same arrangement most direct-to-consumer sellers run, and the only thing that goes wrong with it is somebody reading the first address they find.
So both are printed in the footer of every page, labelled, rather than being buried on one page each. A returns address that has to be hunted for is a returns address that gets guessed at.
| Address | What it is for | What not to send |
|---|---|---|
| 505 Fifth Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, USA | Correspondence and formal notices | Returned bottles. They will not be processed here. |
| 919 Third Avenue, Floor 11, New York, NY 10022, USA | Returned goods against an open claim | Letters, and parcels for a claim that has not been opened by telephone. |
Two addresses, two jobs, printed on every page of this website.
One more practical note on the returns address. Open the claim by telephone first. A parcel that arrives before the claim exists is a box of bottles with a lot number on it and nothing connecting it to a transaction, and sorting that out takes considerably longer than the call would have.
What the SodaTide desk will not do
Neither route can tell you whether this product suits your circumstances, whether it interacts with something you take, or what a symptom means. Nobody at a retail desk is in a position to know, and a desk that answered anyway would be guessing about your health. The label's own caution asks anyone taking medicine to speak to their prescriber first, and that is the correct route.
- Nobody here will ask for a card number by telephone or email. A request that does is not from this desk.
- Nobody here will ask for a password, because this website has no accounts.
- The editorial address will not answer an order question. It cannot see one.
- The order desk will not change what is written on a page. It does not publish them.
- Neither address will tell you that the product will work for you, because neither knows.
Setting the limits out in advance is more useful than a promise of helpfulness. Everything that can be answered is on these pages or on the FAQ, and everything that cannot is flagged where it comes up.
How long a SodaTide enquiry takes, and what happens to it
Two different processes sit behind the two addresses and they run at different speeds, which is worth knowing before a message is sent into the slower one.
An order question, by telephone
Answered during business hours, usually in one call. The desk has the transaction in front of it, so a delivery address change, a tracking lookup or the opening of a refund claim all happen while you are on the line, provided you have the order ID.
An order question, by email
Slower, because a written thread cannot verify a caller the way a telephone conversation can. Anything urgent, and anything involving money, is better by telephone.
A correction to a page
Read on weekdays by the people who write these pages. A factual correction is checked against the label artwork, the seller's page or the cited record, and if it holds, the page is changed and the review date moves forward.
A privacy request
Handled by the same editorial address. This is a static website with no accounts and no server-side forms, so in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing held to retrieve or delete. The privacy policy sets out what that means in detail.
Where each SodaTide enquiry should start
Most delays on a retail desk are not caused by slow replies. They are caused by a message arriving at the address that cannot act on it, sitting there for two days, and then being forwarded. One decision at the start avoids that entirely: does this involve money, a parcel or an order number?
If yes, it is the order desk, by telephone, with the order ID to hand. If no, it is the editorial address. There is no third case, and nothing is lost by guessing the order desk when unsure, because that route can always say so quickly.
One more thing is worth repeating here because it is the single most common cause of a stalled refund: the website address, contact@Sodatides.com, has no access to the order system. It is not a triage queue and it cannot forward a claim into one. Anything about a purchase belongs on +1 (302) 200-3480.
