FAQSodaTide FAQ: Twenty-One Questions About The Capsule, The Label And The Order
The three questions asked most about SodaTide are what is in it, how long it takes and how the refund works.
It is a once-daily capsule naming three ingredients. Buyers here most often describe four to eight weeks before forming a view. The window is sixty days from purchase and a claim starts with a telephone call to the order desk.
Everything this desk is asked, answered at the length the question deserves.
Every SodaTide question, answered
What is SodaTide?
A capsule taken once a day, thirty to a bottle, sold as metabolic and digestive support. The front of the bottle names three things inside it: chicory root inulin, potato resistant starch and a probiotic blend. That is the whole of what the artwork declares, and this site works from it rather than around it.
How do I take SodaTide?
One capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. The seller recommends the morning, before a meal. The bottle also asks you to refrigerate it after opening, to preserve the potency of the probiotics, and that instruction is worth following from the first day rather than the first week. Full routine on how to use it.
Does the bottle print how much of each ingredient is inside?
No. The artwork supplied with this product is a front label: a wordmark, a strapline, three icon captions, the capsule count and the supply length. There is no Supplement Facts panel among the images, so there is no weight to quote against chicory inulin, potato resistant starch or the blend. The ingredients page sets that beside the amounts the published trials used.
Which probiotic strains are in it?
The label says Probiotic Blend and stops there. No organism is named and no colony count is given. Strain identity is the unit that probiotic research is written in, so a blend with no strain list cannot be matched to any particular trial, and this site never matches it to one.
How long before I can judge it?
Buyers on this desk most often describe four to eight weeks. The seller's own guarantee assumes at least thirty days of use before a refund conversation, which is the same shape of answer from the other direction. See the timeline.
Where should I buy it?
Through sodatides.com, the official U.S. SodaTide shop. Ordering here is what puts your purchase inside the sixty-day window this desk administers. A bottle bought through a marketplace listing is outside it. See where to buy.
What does it cost?
Two bottles at $79 each, three at $69 each, six at $49 each. Postage is free on the three- and six-bottle rungs and charged at checkout on the two-bottle one. The three- and six-bottle rungs also carry six digital bonuses. Full ladder on pricing.
How does the refund work?
Sixty days from the date of purchase. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles to the returns address with your full name, email and order ID in the parcel. Return postage is yours. Steps on the refund page.
Is this website the manufacturer?
No. This is a retail desk: the official U.S. shop for the product, run from New York. Product facts follow the seller's own page and the bottle. Corrections to anything written here go to contact@Sodatides.com and move the review date forward.
Is SodaTide a probiotic or a prebiotic?
Both, which is the point of it. Chicory root inulin and potato resistant starch are prebiotic substrates: fibres that human enzymes cannot break down and that gut bacteria ferment. The probiotic blend is the live cultures themselves. A product combining the two has a formal name in the field, a synbiotic, and the definitions are set out by the international association that writes them.
Will SodaTide make me lose weight?
Weight loss is not among the three lines this bottle prints, and this desk does not claim it. The label's wording is metabolic and digestive support, appetite control and satiety, and energy production from fats. The published work on chicory inulin includes weight outcomes, at 21 grams a day over twelve weeks, and the honest position is that a once-daily capsule of unstated weight is a long way from that trial.
Why does the bottle need to go in the refrigerator?
Because of the live cultures. Storage temperature is the variable that decides how many organisms are still alive at the end of a shelf life, and the loss is invisible from the outside of a bottle. The instruction is on the label and it is worth following from the first day rather than the first week.
Can I take SodaTide with other supplements?
Generally yes, with one practical caution: if you already take a fibre supplement, work out the total before adding another fermentable one. Two fermentable fibres starting in the same week is the most common cause of an uncomfortable fortnight. The label asks anyone taking medicine to speak to their prescriber before starting.
Why do I have wind in the first week?
Because the mechanism is working. Feeding gut bacteria produces gas, and a fermentable fibre is defined by being fermented. Tolerance studies record small rises in bloating and flatulence at 5 to 7.5 grams a day of inulin, on low absolute scores. It usually settles by the third week; if it has not, that is a reason to stop and use the window.
Does SodaTide contain caffeine or any stimulant?
No. Nothing on this label is a stimulant, so it does not compete with coffee, does not affect sleep and will not raise a heart rate. That is a genuine difference from the thermogenic corner of this category, and it is one of the clearer things that can be said about the formula.
Is the capsule suitable for vegetarians?
The pack ships a vegetarian mark, and the artwork carries no other-ingredients line identifying what the capsule shell is made of. Those two facts sit beside each other and this desk reports both. Anyone avoiding gelatin should read the bottle they receive before the first capsule, because the bottle in your hand is the authority.
How many colony-forming units are in the blend?
The artwork gives no count. A colony-forming-unit figure and a strain list are what make a probiotic claim checkable, and this label carries neither. That is set out at length on the ingredients page rather than repeated across the site.
What happens if I miss a day?
Take it when you remember, with water, and go back to the morning the next day. Do not double up: nothing about this mechanism rewards a double dose, and twice the usual amount of a fermentable fibre is a reliable way to produce an uncomfortable afternoon.
Is this website the manufacturer?
No. This is the official U.S. retail desk, operating from New York. It does not formulate, fill or test the product. Product facts here follow the bottle and the seller's own information page, and corrections to anything written on these pages go to the editorial address.
Can I buy SodaTide in a shop?
This desk sells online. A bottle bought through a marketplace listing or a third-party website is outside the sixty-day window administered here, and its storage chain is unknown, which matters more than usual for a product carrying live cultures.
How long before I should give up on it?
Eight weeks. That is past the length of the shortest published appetite trial and at the top of the range buyers here describe. The window runs sixty days from purchase, so an eight-week trial still leaves four days to decide.
The three SodaTide questions this desk cannot answer
How much of each ingredient is in a capsule
The artwork names three ingredients and gives no weight for any of them. This desk will not estimate a figure, because an estimate on a supplement page looks like a disclosure and would be this desk's arithmetic rather than the manufacturer's.
Which organisms are in the blend
The label says Probiotic Blend and stops. Strain identity is the unit probiotic research is written in, so without it no published result can be matched to this capsule, including the ones cited on this website.
Whether it will work for you
Nobody at a retail desk can know that, and the variation between individuals in this particular field is large enough that even a good trial would not settle it for one person. The sixty-day window exists precisely because the only way to find out is to try it.
Three unanswerable questions out of twenty-one is not a bad ratio, and naming them is more useful than producing three confident answers. The evidence that does exist, with the amount each trial used, is on the ingredients page.
